If an item arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number and we’ll arrange a replacement or repair. Items must be unused and in original condition for returns. Manufacturer warranties apply to machinery and pumps. Custom or made-to-order items may be non-returnable â please confirm before ordering.
