Do you offer free delivery?

Yes — orders of R15,000 or more qualify for free delivery. Enter the code SME26 at checkout to apply it.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery time depends on your location, the items ordered and stock availability. We confirm the expected timeframe for your specific order once it is placed — or you can request a quote beforehand.

What is your returns policy?

If an item arrives damaged or faulty, you can return it within 7 days of delivery. Custom and special-order items are non-returnable. Contact us as soon as possible so we can put it right.
