Warranty, Returns & Support

What is your returns policy?
Unused goods in their original condition and packaging may be returned or exchanged within the agreed return window. Faulty items covered by warranty are repaired or replaced. See our Delivery & Returns page or message us to start a return.
Can you help me choose the right product for my application?
Absolutely. Tell us your application, flow rate, tank size or output and we will recommend the correct pump, meter, tank or machine. Real human support is available on WhatsApp at +27 71 065 8119.

Fuel Pumps, Flowmeters & Dispensing

What size diesel transfer pump do I need?
Choose a pump by the flow rate you need (litres per minute) and your power source. Lighter refuelling jobs suit 40 to 60 L/min pumps, while bulk depot transfer uses higher-flow units. Tell us your daily volume and we will match the right pump.
What is the difference between a 12V and a 220V diesel transfer pump?
A 12V pump runs off a vehicle or trailer battery and is ideal for mobile refuelling in the field. A 220V pump runs off mains power and suits fixed tanks at a depot or workshop. We stock both, plus 24V options.
Can a diesel transfer pump be used for petrol?
No. Standard diesel transfer pumps are designed for diesel and similar fuels only and must not be used for petrol, which requires explosion-rated equipment. Contact us for the correct petrol-rated solution.
How does a fuel flow meter work and which one should I choose?
A fuel flow meter measures the exact volume of fuel dispensed, either mechanically or with a digital display. Digital meters give precise litre readings for resale and stock control; mechanical meters are simple and durable. We stock both inline and nozzle-mounted meters.
What is the difference between an automatic and a manual fuel nozzle?
An automatic nozzle shuts off by itself when the tank is full, preventing overflow and spillage. A manual nozzle is operated by hand and is cheaper for low-volume use. We carry automatic and manual nozzles plus full spares.
Do you stock fuel hose, fittings, filters and nozzle spares?
Yes. We supply fuel hose, swivels, ball valves, filters, gaskets and full nozzle spare kits so you can service and maintain your dispensing setup without replacing whole units.

Bowsers, Tanks, Drums & IBCs

What is a diesel bowser and what sizes are available?
A diesel bowser is a mobile or static tank used to store and dispense diesel on farms, mines and sites. We stock a range of capacities with pump, meter and nozzle options. Tell us your required litres and we will quote the right unit.
What sizes of water bowser do you stock?
We supply water bowsers in a range of capacities for construction dust control, irrigation, rural water delivery and emergency supply. Trailer and skid-mounted options are available with pumps fitted.
Are your water tanks safe for drinking water?
We stock food-grade, UV-stabilised water tanks suitable for potable (drinking) water storage, as well as general-purpose tanks. Confirm the grade with us so we supply the correct tank for your use.
What is a Flowbin and what is an IBC used for?
A Flowbin and an IBC (Intermediate Bulk Container) are stackable bulk containers for transporting and storing liquids and granules. They are widely used in agriculture, chemicals and food logistics. We stock new and reconditioned units.
Are your chemical tanks acid and UV resistant?
Yes. Our chemical tanks are manufactured from UV-stabilised polyethylene suitable for many acids and industrial chemicals. Always confirm chemical compatibility with us for your specific product before ordering.
Do you sell UN-approved steel and plastic drums?
Yes. We stock open-top and closed-top (tight-head) steel and plastic drums, including UN-approved options for the safe transport of regulated liquids and powders.

Machines & Construction Equipment

How much does a brick making machine cost in South Africa?
Brick making machine prices depend on whether the machine is manual, electric or hydraulic and on its output. We carry options to suit small builders through to commercial yards. Message us with your target bricks per day for a price.
What is the difference between a manual, electric and hydraulic brick machine?
Manual machines are low-cost and ideal for start-ups and small sites. Electric machines increase speed and consistency, while hydraulic machines deliver the highest output and density for commercial production. We will help you match a machine to your volume.
What is a honey sucker and how does it work?
A honey sucker is a vacuum tanker used to empty septic tanks, pit latrines and industrial sumps. A vacuum pump draws waste into a sealed tank for safe transport and disposal. We supply complete units and vacuum tank sizes to suit your route.
What is included in a firefighting unit?
Our skid and bakkie-mounted firefighting units combine a water or foam tank, a fire pump, hose and nozzle in one ready-to-deploy package for farms, game reserves and industrial sites. Tank and pump sizes can be specified to your needs.
What are diaphragm pumps, PTO vane pumps and submersible turbine pumps used for?
Diaphragm pumps handle viscous, abrasive or chemical fluids and can run dry; PTO vane pumps are tractor-driven for high-volume rural transfer; submersible turbine pumps sit inside the tank for forecourt and bulk fuel dispensing. Tell us your duty and we will specify the correct pump.
