Baffle Balls are a liquid surge preventative measure designed for the safe transportation of liquid in tankers and horizontal transport tanks.

Baffle balls reduce fluid movement during cornering or braking and improve the stability of the load during transit especially on rough terrain.

Along with the many safety factors associated with baffle balls, another benefit is to help lower vehicle maintenance.

Brakes and tyre wear, suspension damage, chassis and tank fatigue are just a few areas of vehicle maintenance that will benefit from baffle balls being added to your liquid transportation tanks

The CLIP-LOCK Baffle Ball incorporates our new innovative CLIP-LOCK Technology. Six independent clips that are secured into place to prevent the two halves from coming apart when in use.

How many Baffle Balls do I need?

1 Baffle Ball takes up roughly 40lt’s in a tank.
E.g.2500lt / 40lt = 62.5 Baffle Balls
Therefore a 2500lt tank would need 63 Baffle Balls.

Below is an indication of how many baffle balls you will need more or less:

• 600L ± 12 balls
• 1000L ± 23 balls
• 1500L ± 30 balls
• 2500L ± 63 balls
